Hebrew High School of New England and the Hebrew Academy of West Hartford have merged to create a new K-12 institution which will be called the New England Jewish Academy. (Our own Betsy Schulman predicted the exact name!) In conjunction with this news, philanthropists Ann and Jeremy Pava from West Hartford have announced an extraordinary tuition subsidy to support families who wish to provide their children with the finest Jewish and general education. One may access information about the school's subsidy and its mission statement by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are grateful to the Pavas for their vision and generosity.
